These terms are an agreement between you and Regent Athlete Group LLC ("we," "us") for playing Title Shot. By playing, you agree to them.
The game
Title Shot is a free-to-play boxing management game. You can play without paying. Some items can be bought with real money.
Your account
Your account is protected by a backup code. Keep it private. Anyone with your code can use your account, and we can't recover an account if the code is lost and you have no cloud save on a device you can reach.
Purchases and game money
- Tokens, promotion cash and other game items are a limited license to use content in the game. They are not real money, have no cash value, and can't be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game.
- Purchases are final, except where the law or the app store you bought from requires a refund. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also covered by their refund policies.
- World purse money is earned by playing and can't be bought. Fight-night tickets use game money only; there is no real-money betting in Title Shot.
- Prices and items may change. We'll honor anything you've already paid for.
Contender Pass
The Contender Pass is a monthly subscription for $4.99 (US), charged when you join and then automatically every month until you cancel. It includes 150 Title Tokens at each paid month, 25 Title Tokens on each day you open the game while it is active, a bigger training bank that refills faster, more World challenges each day, and a member star in the online World. You can cancel at any time from the game (Store or Settings, "Manage or cancel"). Cancelling stops future charges; the pass stays active until the end of the period you paid for. We will tell you in advance before changing the price, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Deleting your account also cancels the pass.
Fair play
Don't cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, edit game data to gain an advantage online, or use offensive names. We may reset results, remove items gained unfairly, or close accounts that break these rules.
Changes and availability
We're always improving the game, so features, balance and the online World may change. We'll try to keep the game available but can't promise it will always be online or free of errors.
Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
