Privacy Policy

Title Shot is a boxing game made by Regent Athlete Group LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information, we do not show ads, and we do not use any outside tracking or advertising tools.
What we collect
- Your career save. Your fighters, promotion, money, tokens and progress are stored on your device. If you turn on cloud save, a copy is stored on our server so you can restore it on another device.
- Your online account. If you enter the online World or turn on cloud save, we create an account with a random ID and a secret backup code. The only name we store is the manager name you type in.
- Online play. Your World fighter (his name, hometown, ratings, look and fight plan), your fights and results, rankings, belts, your game-money purse and any fight-night tickets. Fighter names, hometowns, records and results are visible to other players.
- Purchases. When you buy tokens or promotion cash, we record which pack you bought, the amount and the time. Payments are handled by Stripe (on the website) or by Apple or Google (in their apps). In the apps, RevenueCat receives the store's purchase record and your account ID so your purchase can be added to your game. We never see or store your card number.
- Play counts. To know how many people play, the game picks a random number for your device and tells our server when the game is opened, when a fighter is created and when a fight is finished, along with the kind of device (iPhone, iPad, Android or computer). It doesn't include your name or anything else about you, and it isn't shared with anyone.
- Technical information. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the time of a request, to keep the service running and secure.
What we don't collect
We don't ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or location. Your "hometown" is a city you pick for your fighter inside the game; we don't read your device's location.
How we use it
- To run the game, the online World and fight nights.
- To back up and restore your career.
- To deliver what you buy and handle refunds or support requests.
- To keep the game fair and stop cheating.
- To count how many people play, so we can improve the game.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the game for us: Supabase (database and server, United States), Netlify (website hosting), Stripe, Apple or Google for payments, and RevenueCat (in-app purchase records). Each handles your information only to provide its service. We will share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Your account and cloud save are kept until you delete them. We may remove old fight replays over time. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Deleting your account
In the game, open the menu (☰) → Account & cloud save → Delete my account. This deletes your cloud save, removes your name, takes your fighter out of the World and vacates any belts he holds. Your career stays on your device until you start a new career or clear the app's data. You can also email us at regentathletegroup@gmail.com to ask for deletion.
Children
Title Shot is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email us and we will delete it.
Game money
Tokens, promotion cash and World purse money are game items only. They have no cash value and can never be withdrawn or exchanged for real money. Fight-night tickets use game money only.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the game.
